What work have you done? Jobs, volunteering, caring, family business, study — paid or not, it all counts. What do people rely on you for? The thing you get asked to do because you are the one who does it properly. What do you enjoy, and what drains you? Both halves matter. What you want to avoid rules out more than what you want rules in. Any qualifications or training? School, college, apprenticeships, certificates, courses you finished or started. What matters most in your next job? Pay, hours, travel, working with people, learning something — whatever is true.
