You can request deletion of your Valiown account and personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that, what gets deleted, and what — if anything — we're required to keep.
You delete your account from inside Valiown — on your phone, or logged in on the web at app.valiown.com. Go to Me → Settings → Delete account, and follow the confirmation step.
When you confirm, deletion is scheduled, not immediate. You have a 30-day window to change your mind — sign back in any time before the erasure date shown on screen and cancel it, and your account is fully restored. If you do nothing, your data is permanently erased automatically on that date.
Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or you may continue to be charged after your account is gone.
What gets deleted
Timeline
When you confirm deletion in the app, your account enters a 30-day cancellation window and the exact erasure date is shown on screen. You can sign back in and cancel any time before that date to restore your account in full. On the erasure date, your personal data is permanently and automatically removed from our active systems — except for the minimal billing records we're legally required to retain, described above. No further action is needed from you, and no one at Valiown can reverse it once the erasure date passes.
Questions
For anything else about your data, see our full Privacy Policy, check our FAQ for common questions, or contact us at hello@valiown.com — we aim to reply within 1 working day.
