You can request deletion of your Valiown account and personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that, what gets deleted, and what — if anything — we're required to keep.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days of confirming your identity. Once complete, your personal data is permanently removed from our active systems, except for the minimal retained records described above.
